Flex Squad

This squad is for our non-competitive swimmers who are using this training for other sports like waterpolo and triathlon, or just want to swim without competing. The swimmers joining this squad must be able to swim 1.5 hours as they will be training with the Seniors & Age Group squad at the same time.

Coaches: Max Polianski & Lou Penman

Training sessions per week: 1 to 3 sessions per week

Goals:

  • Maintain and advance fitness levels

  • Competition attendance - optional

  • Drink bottle

  • Short fins

  • Pull Buoy

  • Kick Board

  • Large Paddles

  • Mesh Bag
